Built for the people making the music.
RIG-Radio is an independent music platform built around discovery, creators, community, and live radio. The goal is simple: give good music more ways to be heard without turning everything into a popularity contest.
What RIG-Radio is
RIG-Radio 2.0 brings music discovery, creator profiles, playlists, communities, contests, live radio, social reactions, and creator tools into one place. Listeners can find music. Creators can build a real home for their work. DJs and communities can participate without needing to rebuild everything somewhere else.
Music first
The platform is designed around actual listening. New releases, The Cue, Live Radio, playlists, creator pages, and future charts all exist to help music move through the system naturally instead of relying on one giant algorithm or whoever already has the biggest following.
Humans + AI
RIG-Radio uses AI where it can save time or organize work, but AI does not get the final say on people. Allen helps screen music and organize review. Austin helps with support and Alpha QA. Human administrators keep final authority over moderation, removals, appeals, and platform decisions.
Live means live
RIG-Radio is not just a static music library. Live Radio, audience reactions, chat, emotes, requests, Blind Drop, community shows, and DJ tools are all part of the larger idea: make discovering independent music feel like something is actually happening.
For creators
Creators can upload music, build public profiles, manage releases, create playlists, enter contests, receive comments, and prepare tracks for RIG-Radio Live. Paid creator features will expand over time with managed artist profiles, deeper analytics, creator tools, and distribution workflows.
Still being built in public
2.0 is actively evolving. Alpha testers are helping find rough edges, break things, and tell us what makes sense in the real world. Some features will move, improve, or get replaced as the platform gets closer to public release.
