Depending on how you use RIG-Radio, we may collect account details, profile information, uploaded content, playlists, follows, comments, reactions, support reports, membership and billing status, device/browser data, and usage activity such as plays, skips or other interactions.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, deliver music and community features, personalize the service, provide support, process memberships, prevent abuse, improve reliability, measure platform activity and develop new features.
Service providers
RIG-Radio uses infrastructure and service providers to operate the platform, including hosting, databases, storage, authentication, payments, email and AI-assisted features. Providers receive only the information needed to perform their role and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.
Public information
Creator names, public profiles, published songs, comments, playlists, community activity and other content you intentionally make public can be seen by other people. Do not publish information you want to keep private.
AI-assisted features
Some RIG-Radio features may use AI to assist with support, music screening, moderation or creator tools. Data sent to those systems is limited to what is needed for the feature being used. Human administrators retain authority over account enforcement and final moderation decisions.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and maintain records. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no online service can promise perfect security.
Your choices
You can edit many profile details directly in RIG-Radio. You may also contact us about access, correction or deletion requests. Some information may need to be retained when required by law, for security, or for legitimate recordkeeping.
Children
RIG-Radio is not intended for children who are below the minimum age required to consent to online services in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children who cannot lawfully use the service.
