If you believe material on RIG-Radio infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@rig-radio.ai with the subject line DMCA Notice.
Your notice should include
- Your name and contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
- The exact RIG-Radio URL or enough detail for us to locate the material.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We may remove or restrict access to material while a claim is reviewed and may notify the member who submitted it. RIG-Radio may terminate or restrict repeat infringers when appropriate.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe that removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Include your identification and contact details, the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was a mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable law, and your physical or electronic signature.
False claims
Copyright notices and counter-notices are legal statements. Knowingly submitting false information can have legal consequences. If you are unsure whether a use is infringing, consider speaking with a qualified attorney before filing.
