Terms of Service

1. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide, activity under your account, and keeping your login secure. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent ownership, or use another member's account without permission.

2. Music, artwork and other uploads

You keep ownership of content you submit. By uploading or publishing content, you give RIG-Radio the non-exclusive rights needed to host, store, stream, display, reproduce, format, moderate and promote that content through RIG-Radio services and official RIG-Radio channels.

You must have the rights, licenses and permissions required for everything you submit, including music, vocals, samples, artwork, video, names and likenesses. Using AI tools does not remove that responsibility.

3. Live Radio and promotion

Content marked or approved for Live Radio may be played on RIG-Radio broadcasts, live shows and related promotional surfaces. Creators remain responsible for making sure their submitted master and related materials can legally be used that way.

4. Community rules

Do not use RIG-Radio to harass people, distribute malware, spam, evade moderation, infringe rights, manipulate platform metrics, or upload unlawful content. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts when necessary to protect members, creators, the service or legal rights.

5. Paid features

Some plans and features may require payment. Prices, renewal terms and included benefits will be shown before purchase. Paid services may change over time, but we will not intentionally hide material billing terms from you.

6. Service availability

RIG-Radio is an evolving service. Features can change, break, move, be retired or be temporarily unavailable. We may modify the service to improve safety, performance, reliability or the product itself.

7. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on RIG-Radio infringes your copyright, use our DMCA/Copyright process.

8. Disclaimers and limits

RIG-Radio is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, audience results, revenue, chart placement, distribution outcomes or commercial success. Liability limits and rights that cannot legally be waived remain governed by applicable law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the platform changes. Material updates will be posted on RIG-Radio with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply going forward.
