Creator Agreement
The additional terms that apply when you upload, publish or submit music and creator content to RIG-Radio.
Effective: September 21, 20261. You own your work
RIG-Radio does not take ownership of your songs, artwork, videos, lyrics or creator identity. You retain the ownership you already have.
2. You promise you have the rights
By submitting content, you represent that you own or control the rights needed for RIG-Radio to host, stream, display, promote and, when applicable, broadcast that content. This includes rights involving collaborators, featured performers, samples, beats, artwork, video, trademarks, names, likenesses and AI-generated or AI-assisted material.
3. License to RIG-Radio
You grant RIG-Radio a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, reproduce, transcode, stream, display, distribute within the service, and promote your submitted content for the purpose of operating and promoting RIG-Radio. This includes use in site pages, apps, social promotion, charts, playlists, contests and other RIG-Radio features.
4. Live Radio
If you submit or approve a track for Live Radio, you also authorize RIG-Radio to perform and transmit that track through RIG-Radio-operated broadcasts and related show promotion, subject to platform and licensing requirements. RIG-Radio may decide whether a track is eligible for Live Radio even if it remains available elsewhere on the site.
5. Screening and moderation
RIG-Radio may use automated systems and human review to screen uploads for technical problems, policy issues, possible rights concerns and Live Radio suitability. Automated tools assist the process; final removal and enforcement authority remains with authorized human staff.
6. Creator responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate metadata, credits, ownership claims, permissions, tax obligations, and any agreements you have with collaborators, labels, publishers, distributors or AI-service providers. RIG-Radio is not a party to those outside agreements.
7. Removing your content
You may remove or unlist eligible content using available creator controls. Copies may remain temporarily in backups, logs or records required for security, disputes or legal compliance. Content already used in a completed broadcast, contest result or historical record may remain referenced as part of that historical record.
8. No guaranteed results
Uploading to RIG-Radio does not guarantee radio play, chart placement, promotion, followers, revenue, distribution acceptance or commercial success.
9. Relationship to the Terms
This Creator Agreement supplements the general RIG-Radio Terms of Service. If you stop using creator features, obligations tied to rights, past uses, disputes and legal compliance may survive where necessary.
